Example When the IT department found out that you use illegal computer software, can you decline request for inspection citing data privacy? Advice For the sake of the Company’s data security, you cannot decline inspection of electronic device and data, in the event the IT Department established that you use the Company’s device for any act that violates the law or for your own personal gain.
