A procurement request must be proposed to the authorized persons as per the Company’s Table of Authority, Regulation on Procurement and Advisor Engagement and other similar documents. Furthermore, to comply with the Conflict of Interest Policy and Guideline, the Personnel who have a personal interest with a supplier must not participate in or receive any information regarding the procurement in which they have a direct or indirect conflict of interest.
