Mr. Christopher Robert Starling was appointed as a Director of EGCO in January 2025 and concurrently serves as a Member of the Investment Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences (Hons) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA with Distinction) from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Before joining EGCO, he was a Partner at The Lantau Group, advising on commercial transactions in the energy sector, including market outlook, regulation, policy, market design, sustainable energy procurement, and strategy across the Asia Pacific, India, and the Middle East. He currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at JERA Asia Pte. Ltd.

With his deep expertise in the utilities sector, Mr. Christopher brings valuable insights in international business, strategic planning, and corporate governance. His contributions support EGCO’s strategic direction and help guide the company toward achieving its goals.
