

EGCO Internship Program
To enhance students’ knowledge, skills, and practical experience, the Company collaborates with various educational institutions by offering internship opportunities to students.



Internship Guidelines
- Students must be currently studying in their 3rd or 4th year.
- The internship must be part of the academic curriculum.
- The field of study must be related to the company’s line of work. Examples of unrelated fields include beauty schools and agricultural colleges, which will not be accepted.
- Students must have a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.5 (as of the most recent semester).
- Students must prepare academic documents, a copy of their national ID card, and one photo.
- Students must have good conduct and no prior disciplinary record.
- The educational institution shall not claim any compensation in the event of an accident involving the student during the internship.
- The educational institution shall not request any form of remuneration for any benefits arising from the student’s internship.
- The internship must be coordinated and supervised by a faculty advisor throughout the student’s internship period with the company.
- Undergraduate interns, regardless of their field of study, will receive compensation of 200 Baht per day.
- The compensation will be provided upon completion of the internship.
Internship Plan
To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the internship process, and to provide interns with meaningful learning experiences through real work at the designated companies, it is deemed appropriate to establish a structured internship plan. This plan will serve as a guideline for departments within the company that accept student interns.
The internship program will be scheduled within a specified period (2 months), and interns will be assigned to the following locations: the Head Office in Bangkok, BLCP Power Plant in Rayong Province, the Solar Power Plant in Lopburi Province, and Ban Pong Utility Power Plant in Ratchaburi Province, or other locations as determined by the company. The schedule is as follows:

Orientation, company and department introduction, explanation of roles and responsibilities (internship begins in the Asset Management Department), and preparation for placement in other departments.
Internship placement at Power Plant 1.
Summary and presentation of the internship experience at Power Plant 1.
Internship placement at Power Plant 2.
Summary and presentation of the internship experience at Power Plant 2.
Internship placement at Power Plant 3.
Final summary and comprehensive presentation covering all internship experiences to the main supervising department.
Announcement of Selected Interns
Students who have been selected to participate in the EGCO Internship Program will be contacted by the company to confirm their internship placement. If any selected student chooses to decline the offer or is unable to participate during the specified period, the company reserves the right to select candidates from the waiting list in order of priority. The decision of the selection committee is considered final.
