SET posts "SP" sign on EGCOMP

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) posted the "SP" (suspension) sign on EGCOMP securities on June 26, 1995 because of a published report concerning its plan to raise fund to purchase the Khanom power plant. The company said it is considering to raise its fund and it will submit the plan to its board of director meeting on June 29, 1995. In posting the sign, the SET exercised the authority in accordance with item (5) of the SET's announcement, dated Feb 9, 1995, concerning principles, procedures and the method for the suspension of listed securities from trading.
