SIGNS SHAREHOLDERS GREEMENT WITH BANGCHAK POWER CO.,L

Electricity Generating Plc (EGCOMP) reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, Exgo Joint Investment & Development Co.,Ltd., has signed a Shareholders Agreement with Bangchak Power Co.,Ltd. The agreement was jointly made with three other shareholders who are The Bangchak Petroleum Plc (BCP), Energy And Infrastructure Development Co.,Ltd., which hold 90.95% of the shares in Sriauthong Co.,Ltd. and Coastal Bangchak Power Co.,Ltd.(a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Power Co.,Ltd.) with share holding ratio of 40%, 30%, 15% and 15% respectively. Bangchak Power Co.,Ltd. Project is in the process of bidding on power plant construction projects.
