EGCOMP would like to report the quarterly operating result ended March 31, 1997, that it soared the net profit equivalent to Bt144.01 million or 60.74% because Khanom Electricity Generating Co.,Ltd, its subsidiary,won the contract with The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. Therefore, Khanom has managed to generate and distribute the electricity, accounting for increasing the earnings to mother company.
