No. EGCO 310/018 Date : January 22, 1998 ATTN : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Allotment of Warrants to employees in the second year According to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting No. 1/1995 of Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCOMP), held on August 22, 1995, the meeting approved to issue and offer 10 million units of warrants within a period of 5 years from the issuing date to EGCOMP and its subsidiaries+ employees. One unit of warrant can be changed to 1 common share at price of Bt 30 apiece. EGCOMP+s board of directors have rights to set, amend, add any details concerning the said warrant issuance and offer. EGCOMP have already issued 1,327,100 units of warrants to the employees of EGCOMP and subsidiaries in the first year on February 28, 1997 EGCOMP+s board of directors passed a resolution at its meeting No. 1/1998, held on January 21, 1998 to allot 1,483,600 units of warrants to EGCOMP and its subsidiaries+ employees in the second year. The exercise date is set to be on April 17, 1998 or one year from the issuing date.
