Reference is made to the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of EGCO Mining Co., Ltd. No. 2/2001 held on November 7, 2001, in the dissolution of EGCO Mining, of which its 70% stake was held by EGCOMP. EGCOMP would like to additionally inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on November 29, 2001, EGCO Mining has already filed for the dissolution of the company and is in the process of liquidation.
