No. EGCO 110/524 Date: December 1, 2003 Attn: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject: The Resignation of the President Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCOMP) would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors at the meeting No. 10/2003 held on October 27, 2003 passed the following resolutions: - To acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Kraisi Karnasuta, EGCOMP's Director and President, from EGCOMP's President in order to perform his duty at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), effective on December 1, 2003. However, he remains a member of the Board of Directors which would create utmost benefits for EGCOMP. - To appoint Mr. Worawit Khamkanit, EGCOMP's Director and former Managing Director to be the Acting President effective from December 1, 2003.
