To acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Kraisri Karnasuta from his directorship, effective from December 12, 2003, and appoint 2 new Directors: Mr.Chalermchai Ratnarak and Mr.Michael Irl Nikkel, effective from December 15, 2003 2. To appoint Mr.Chalermchai Ratnarak as the President, effective from January 1, 2004. 3. To acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Aswin Kongsiri from his chairmanship of EGCOMP's Audit Committee and appoint him as the Chairman of Executive Committee, effective from January 1, 2004. 4. To appoint Mr.Chaipat Sahasakul as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Mr.Worawit Khamkanist as a member of the Audit Committee, effective from January 1, 2004.
