Mr.Kitti Sirikwin to substitute Mr.Sitthiporn Ratanopas, 2. Mr.Chai-anan Samudavanija to substitute Mr.Somchai Wongsawat, 3. Mr.Norkun Sitipong to substitute Mrs.Pannee Sathavarodom, with effect on April 26, 2004. - Appointed Mr. Chai-anan Samudavanija as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and re-appointed Mr.Chalermchai Ratnarak as President with effect on April 26, 2004. - Re-appointed Mr.Worawit Khamkanist as a member of the Audit Committee with 3-month remaining term of services with effect on April 26, 2004.
