That Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors to substitute Mr. Norkun Sitthiphong. 2. That Mr. Sanit Rangnoi was appointed a Director to substitute Mr. Paiboon Thepmongkol. 3. That Mr. Chamnong Wongsawarng was appointed a Director to substitute Mr. Kitti Sirikwin. 4.
