Noted the resignations of Mr. Sanit Rangnoi from his chairmanship and directorship with effect on January 1, 2009. 2. Noted the resignations of Mr. Narongsak Vichetpan, Mr. Sombat Sarntijaree and Mr. Visit Akaravinak from their directorships with effect on January 1, 2009. 3. Appointed new directors with effect on January 1, 2009 as follows: - Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa to substitute Mr. Sanit Rangnoi, - Mr. Wisudhi Srisuphan to substitute Mr. Narongsak Vichetpan, - Mr. Apichart Dilogsopon to substitute Mr. Sombat Sarntijaree, and - Mr. Somboon Arayaskul to substitute Mr. Visit Akaravinak.
