EGCO 110/502 of December 15, 2008 informing the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mr. Sanit Rangnoi has resigned from his Chairmanship and Directorship effective from January 1, 2009 onwards. EGCO would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors in the meeting No. 1/2009 held on January 12, 2009 passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa as Chairman of the Board of Directors to substitute Mr. Sanit Rangnoi with effect on January 12, 2009.
