Mr. Fuminori Kudo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hitotsubashi University, Japan. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Thai Binh LNG to Power Joint Stock Company, a project company established to undertake an LNG-to-power feasibility study in Vietnam under Kyuden International Corporation (KIC). Previously, he held senior executive positions at KIC, where he gained extensive experience in the acquisition and development of a broad range of energy projects, including both brownfield and greenfield developments, as well as transmission business projects across Asia.

With his extensive expertise and experience in the international electricity and energy sectors, Mr. Fuminori Kudo has been appointed as a Director and a Member of the Risk Oversight Committee of EGCO Group. He leverages his expertise in the international energy business, project management, and corporate governance to support the oversight of the company’s operations, particularly its overseas investments, through comprehensive risk assessment and prudent decision-making. His contributions play an important role in supporting EGCO’s sustainable growth, enhancing long-term shareholder value, and achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
