He currently serves as General Manager of the Asset Management Department, Asia & Oceania Division, Global Business Division at Kyuden International Corporation (KIC). He has also completed several professional training programs in the energy sector in Japan, including certification as a Qualified Energy Manager, a Qualified High-Pressure Gas Production Safety Manager, a Japanese Class 1 Boiler Operator, and a Qualified Hazardous Materials Engineer.

With his extensive expertise and experience in the international electricity and energy sectors, Mr. Inoue has been appointed as a Director and a Member of the Risk Oversight Committee of EGCO.
