EGCO Group sets up the youth secret base, showcasing how “Triple R” brings back global balance at NST Fair 2025

Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group invites young science enthusiasts to explore the latest innovations that will bring back balance to the nature at its special exhibition namely “Scientific Innovation Discovery Journey - EGCO Base: Mission for Change”. Held as part of the National Science and Technology Fair 2025 (NST Fair 2025), visitors can travel through time to decode the “Triple R” concept in the 4D theatre and discover innovations and interesting ideas from innovators worldwide that help restore natural balance. At this EGCO Base, the youth will unleash their imagination and become the “Re-Gen Hero.” The exhibition will be held during 9-17 August 2025 from 09.00-19.00 hrs. at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, LG Floor, Hall 5-6, Booth No.36. All activities are free.
Ms. Piyanon Wattanachanya, EGCO Group’s Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy, said, “Believing that “A good start will lead to a successful outcome”, EGCO Group is committed to promoting learning and inspiring young people to explore knowledge in energy, science, and the environment. At the same time, we aim to instill a sense of responsibility in the youth, encouraging them to take part in solving environmental and natural resource challenges. To achieve this, we continue to organize the annual Science Festival at our Khanom Learning Center in Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat, as well as the exhibition at the NST Fair. This year, EGCO Group was invited by the National Science Museum, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to participate in the NST Fair 2025 for the third consecutive year.”
“Through our participation in this event, EGCO Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting the development of young Thais into responsible global citizens who are aware of the challenges posed by climate change. At the same time, the exhibition aims to inspire them to actively take part in addressing these issues through regenerative inventions and innovations that help restore natural balance and even create a better world. They can begin with the basic “Triple R” concept: Refuse negative actions; Refill positive ones; and Reverse the situation to bring nature back into balance and create a better situation”, added Ms. Piyanon.
The youth and interested persons are invited to visit “Scientific Innovation Discovery Journey - EGCO Base: Mission for Change” special exhibition at the NST Fair 2025 scheduled during 9-17 August 2025 from 09.00-19.00 hrs. at the QSNCC, LG Floor, Hall 5-6, booth No.36. The exhibition will include three zones:
- Zone 1 EGCO Base Mission: Entering into this secret base and take an immersive journey through time to decode the “Triple R” concept. Visitors will find more inspiration to return balance to the world in the 4D theatre created by AI.
- Zone 2 EGCO Regenerative: Visitors will be assigned a mission to discover exciting regenerative innovations created by 2024 young innovators as well as other ideas from Thailand and around the world.
- Zone 3 EGCO Act Now or Never!: This is a space where visitors can share ideas and innovations that drive meaningful change. Young attendees will enjoy transforming into “Re-Gen Hero” with the help of AI technology - symbolizing the successful completion of their missions. At the end of the event, EGCO Group will compile all ideas and feedbacks from young innovators and visitors, and submit them to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to help inform future policy-making.
Visitors will also have fun participating in exciting quiz and win many prizes, witness the EGCO Rangers where the six power heroes will save the world from the Dark Devil.
