- To support and assist the team in undertaking initial screening and preliminary analysis of the assigned projects and opportunities, including but not limited to technical, commercial, contractual, and financing aspects.

1. Legal Task for EGCO
- Perform all legal processes as required by law and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce with respect to any change or alteration of company matters, e.g.
- Registration Tasks: Preparation of all necessary documents and forms as requested by Department of Business Development in order to compose with registration processes regarding:
- alteration of directors or directors’ authorization
- amendment of Articles of Association, by-laws
- capital increasing and shares paid-up
- Registration of EGCO shareholders
- Issuing of shares certificates and share transfer.
- Registration Tasks: Preparation of all necessary documents and forms as requested by Department of Business Development in order to compose with registration processes regarding:
2. Legal Opinion on Procurement issues
- Provide legal opinions, review, comment, and draft of purchasing/ services agreement, in collaboration with Procurement and Contract Management Function.
3. Corporate Services to EGCO Group
- Perform all legal processes as required by law for the establishment of the new subsidiary, and the registration of any change or alteration in company matters, including:
- alteration of directors or directors’ authorization
- amendment of Memorandum of Association Articles of Association, by-laws

1. Communication Planning and Executing
