Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up, and process all required documents for the receiving of revenues/all other incomes (e.g., dividend payment, rental & services payment, etc.)
  • Process/issue for all the payments of EGCO and responsible subsidiaries by cheque, transfer or cash
  • Coordinate with bank and financial institutions, and conduct all processes needed to:- Manage cash both Baht and foreign currencies, purchase foreign currencies, open of bank account and inform changing authorized signatures to bank

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experiences in Finance or Treasury Management
  • Good command of English language / TOEIC score must be over 600

  • Perform all tasks of Project finance and Corporate finance
  • Preliminary analyze of financial risk associated with the responsible projects/investments
  • Prepare the information for the sourcing of funding; contract with the lender for the loan

News and PR writing

  • Write contents for all press materials i.e. press/photo release, article, advertorial etc. and distribute them to the press to promote the company’s movements
  • Prepare information and speeches for executives in case of press interview or crisis communication

Media relations management

Corporate information/Content management

  • Prepare briefs, write contents, and supervise the production of publicity materials i.e.annual report, company exhibition or VDO presentation
  • Act as a central intelligence who collects, sorts, manages, and provides corporate facts and information and updates

Qualification:

  • Male / Female aged between 27-32 years old
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Communications Arts, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Media Relations. Having experience in dealing with reporters (especially in energy and industrial sectors) is preferred
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Thai
  • TOEIC scores over 600 is required (TOEIC result is valid within 2 years of the test date)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
