Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks of Project finance and Corporate finance
  • Preliminary analyze of financial risk associated with the responsible projects/investments
  • Prepare the information for the sourcing of funding; contract with the lender for the loan

  • Update legal database, and conduct legal research

General Accountability
