EGCO Group by the Thai Conservation of Forest Foundation signed MOU with National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department and handed over 3 Khao Luang nature trails

The Thai Conservation of Forest Foundation, a charitable organization established and supported by Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group, signed MOU with National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department on natural resources conservation project in protected forest areas during 2017-2021 and handed over 3 nature trails i.e. Phrom Lok Waterfall, Karom Waterfall, and Ai Khew Waterfall to Khao Luang National Park. Initiated to celebrate EGCO Group’s 25th anniversary, this project aims to create a learning area on watershed forest ecosystem in Southern provinces for children and youth, public people and tourists.

Mr. Chanin Chaonirattisai, Director, Acting President of EGCO Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Conservation of Forest Foundation and Mr. Suebsak Choorit, Managing Director of Khanom Electricity Generating Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of EGCO Group, jointly handed over 3 nature trails in Khao Luang National Park to Mr. Thanya Netithum, Director-General of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department. The handover ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Songthum Suksawang, Director of National Park Division and Mr. Wikran Tauydow, Head of Khao Luang National Park.
