Job Descriptions :
  • Identify and analyze corporate key risks, align risks with corporate strategy and develop corporate risk management plan
  • Manage and implement overall risk management process for the entire organization
  • Develop risk management controls, mitigation plans and contingency plans to ensure operational efficiency
  • Identify and analyze project key risks, align risks with investment strategy and develop project risk management plans
  • Communicate recommendations and solutions (e.g. corporate key risks, project key risks and others) for management

Qualification :
  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelors in an analytically focused concentration (e.g. engineering, finance, business, economics, etc.)
  • 0+ years of experience in management consulting or internal consulting for power business with an analytical and/or business management background. Experience in organizational transformation preferred with a proven ability to think critically and a desire to innovate, drive change and challenge the status quo.

Job Descriptions :

External Communication

  • Plan and execute overall external communication tasks to build and maintain the company’s reputation including media relations plan, press sponsorship, and budget controlling
  • Write contents for all press materials i.e. press/photo release, article, advertorial etc. and distribute them to the press to promote the company’s business movements and CSR activities
  • Prepare information and speeches for executives in case of press interview or crisis communication
  • Organize and manage the company’s events including press conference and press trip
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with media (especially in energy and industrial sectors) to maximize positive publicity and strengthen corporate image and a good relationship with stakeholders based on business plan.
  • Monitor and analyze daily news clippings to find out concerns and expectations of the company’s stakeholders and send them to top management for consideration
  • Monitor media coverage, keep proper clippings on file and prepare monthly report

Content/Corporate Information Management

  • Supervise and manage contents on the company’s official website (www.egco.com) i.e. company profile, business movement information including overall web design (like a webmaster)
  • Prepare briefs, write contents and supervise the production of publicity materials i.e. corporate exhibition for Annual General Meeting and corporate VDO presentation
  • Ensure consistency between internal and external messages
  • Involve and support some internal communication tasks and corporate activities as assigned

 

Qualification :
  • Female or male aged between 30-35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Media Relations (Experience in dealing with media in energy, industrial and CSR sectors would be advantageous)
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding in public relations and social media platforms
  • Good command of English and Thai with strong writing skill.
  • Minimum TOEIC score 600 is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

  • Receive invoices, review for the correctness and cross check with the related documents and contracts. Prepare payment voucher by AP system (SAP) and record accounting transaction in accordance with Thai GAAP, all governing laws and regulations. And prepare payment memorandum for oversea companies.
  • Review employee payment transaction, salary&bonus and prepare payment voucher by AP system (SAP) in accordance with Thai GAAP and EGCO's regulations
  • Prepare the monthly tax filing in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations including value add tax, witholding tax and special business tax and follow up new tax laws and regulations
