Job Descriptions :

  • Maintain close relationship and network building with relevant agencies, partners and major investors to ensure business opportunities 
  • Assist SVP in dealing and negotiation related to business development and project development 
  • Develop and conduct feasibility study, investment proposal, financial  model, project funding and relevant contracts to ensure successful project development
  • Assist in exploring opportunity for new projects/investments including acquisition opportunities 
  • Assist in screening projects in the pipeline; direct and advise for the action plan for the implementation of the project/investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with Finance Group to determine and secure project funding/financing alternatives
  • Collaborate with EGCO Group in the development of on-going projects
  • Assist in valuate the purchase price of the target project companies

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration  / Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration will be advantage
  • At least 7 years of relevant experiences in power business or large infrastructure business or financial institutions with a minimum of 4 years experiences in feasibility study, project development, project management or asset management
  • Understanding of power, related business or project management and engineering
  • Understandings of business law, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, PPA etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical , interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Toeic  650

  • Manage cash flow and liquidity of EGCO and responsible subsidiaries.

  • Write contents for all press materials i.e. press/photo release, article, advertorial etc. and distribute them to the press to promote the company’s movements
