Electricity Generating Plc (EGCOMP), in a clarification to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, insisted its board's resolution to increase its registered capital and allocate no more than 80 million shares to the public. The price will depend on market conditions. The selling price, said EGCOMP will be determined by its authorized directors. The price has not been set yet, said the company.
