Electricity Generating Plc (EGCOMP) resolved in its 11/1996 Board of Directors' meeting held in November 27, 1996 to increase investment in Egco Ruamtun and Pattana. After the investment increase, EGCOMP will held 99.99% of shares worth totalling of Bt90 million in Egco Ruamtun and Pattana Co.,Ltd..
