REPORTS FOUNDING OF CM ESCO ENERGY SERVICE CO

Electricity Generating Plc (EGCOMP) reported that Egco Engineering and Service Co.,Ltd, its wholly-owned company, has signed a joint venture agreement with CMS Generation Investment CompanyI in founding CM Esco Energy Service Co.,Ltd with a registered capital of Bt1 million dividing to 100,000 common shares at Bt10 each. The shareholding proportion are as follows: Egcomp Engineering and Service Co.,Ltd 50% CMS Generation Investment Company I 50% CM Esco Energy Service Co.,Ltd was founded to operate Opertion & Maintenance Services business to private electricity generators. It was first hired to operate and do maintenance job to Amata-Egco Power Co.,Ltd. The contract was a 6 years term worth Bt517,263,891. Amata-Egco Power Co.,Ltd is a thermal electricity generator of capacity of 170 megawatts located in Bang Pa Kong Industrial Park2.
