No. EGCO 310/211 Date : April 20, 1999 Attn : The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : The exercise of EGCOMP's warrant holders in the third year According to Electricity Generating Public Company limited (EGCOMP) issued 1,608,700 warrants to the employees of EGCOMP and its subsidiaries in the third year of 5 year project and the exercise dates were scheduled on April 19, 1999 or March 28, 2000, the exercise ratio 1:1 at the exercise price of Baht 30 per share, Please be informed that the EGCOMP's warrant holders exercised their rights to subscribe 1,461,900 shares on April 19, 1999.
