H SIGN POSTED AGINST EGCOMP

H sign posted against EGCOMP The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has posted a "H" (Trading Halt) sign against the securities of Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCOMP) after the company filed its board of directors's resolution concerning debenture issuance and the refinance of its subsidiaries. However, EGCOMP did not send the information as specified by the SET. As a result, all trading activities in EGCOMP' s securities has been halted effective 29 September 1999 onwards to inform the general investor that the SET is waiting for such information.
