Acknowledged the resignation from Director and President of Mr.Chalermchai Ratnarak with effect on August 1, 2005. 2. Appointed Mr.Visit Akaravinak as Director and President with effect on August 1, 2005. Mr.Chalermchai Ratnarak tendered his resignation from EGCOMP before the expiry of his term so that there will be a smooth and efficient transition of the Presidentship and that the new President shall take charge of setting the corporate goals and formulating investment strategies for the new round of IPP bidding to maximize EGCOMP's benefit.
