EGCO 110/436 of June 13, 2007 informing the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa has resigned from his Chairmanship and Directorship effective from June 8, 2007 onwards. EGCO would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors at the meeting No. 6/2007 held on June 29, 2007 passed the following resolutions: 1. Appointed Mr. Sanit Rangnoi as Chairman of the Board of Directors to substitute Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa. 2. Appointed Mr. Narongsak Vichetpan as a New Director to substitute Mr. Pornchai Rujiprapa.
