No. EGCO 110/508 Date : July 18, 2007 Attn : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Restructuring of Subsidiary The Executive Committee of the Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO) at the Meeting No.10/2007, held on July 17, 2007, resolved to adjust the investment structure in EGCO Group for business flexibility by liquidating Thai LNG Power Corporation Limited (TLPC), EGCO wholly owned subsidiary, and transferring its total net assets to EGCO. Such transaction does not have a significant impact on EGCO financial status and operating result. The liquidation process of TLPC should be completed within the first quarter of 2008.
