EGCO would like to inform the SET that the Board of Directors at the meeting no.1/2008 held on January 28, 2008 resolved to appoint Mr. Somphot Kanchanaporn to succeed Mr. Worawit Khamkanist as a New Independent Director and a Member of Audit Committee with effect on January 28,2008.
